The design team at The Fence Department has developed yet another innovative solution to a common fence issue. This patent-pending application secures an opening or “hole” beneath the bottom rail of a WOOD fence section. Other uses include emergency and/or temporary fence repair, ditch/culvert washout, etc. Two and four-foot wide sections are currently available in do-it-yourself kits. Kits can be used in various combinations to accommodate specific needs. The sections can also be trimmed to fit.
